âOne of the biggest secrets with Mike was that he needed to have sex in the locker room before the fights,â Gonzalez said of the allegedly horny heavyweight champion.
âHe had to get laid to release some of the strength he had. So I had girls hidden in bathrooms and locker rooms.
Recalling the ringside frolics, Gonzalez said, âMike would say, ‘If I don’t get fucked I’m going to kill this guy right away. Sometimes he went with them [the women] for a minute, smash them, break his neck and say, ‘OK, this guy is going to live tonight.’
âHis biggest fear was that he would kill someone in this ring. He knew he could do it.
Gonzalez further explained, âIt’s no exaggeration to say that Mike was like a train hitting these guys. Having sex was her way of releasing that power and relaxing a bit. “
Tyson would have been in such an intense emotional state before his fights that he would sometimes burst into tears in his dressing room.
âHe had an anxiety problem where he despaired of not feeling good enough or wanting to ruin everything,â Gonzalez said. “Mike was afraid that if he messed up this he would end up in his old quarter or be locked up.
Tyson grew up in dangerous neighborhoods in Brooklyn in the 1970s. He was abandoned by his father when he was born and his mother died in 1982, when Tyson was only 16 years old.
Speaking of the emotional pain he had carried from childhood, Tyson said in 2012: âI never saw my mom happy with me and proud of me for doing something⦠I never had the chance. to talk to her or get to know her⦠It’s overwhelming emotionally. and personally.
Tyson reigned as the undisputed heavyweight champion from 1987 to 1990. He was jailed for three years after being convicted of rape in 1992. The sportsman then made a comeback following his release from prison on parole, before his release. retired in 2005.
Tyson – who appeared in the 2009 comedy “The Hangover” – is known for his outrageous activities outside the boxing ring.
Earlier this week, he told The Post he “died” from tripping over psychedelic toad venom.
âIn my travels, I have seen that death is beautiful. Both life and death must be beautiful, but death has a bad reputation. The toad taught me that I won’t be here forever. There is an expiration date, âhe said.
âI did it as a challenge,â Tyson recalls. âI was taking heavy drugs like cocaine, so why not? It’s another dimension. Before doing the toad, I was a wreck. The toughest opponent I have ever faced was myself. I had low self-esteem. People with a big ego often have low self-esteem. We use our ego to subsidize this. The toad strips the ego. The “toad” is Bufo alvarius, an amphibian found in Mexico, also known as the Sonoran Desert toad. It spends seven months of the year living underground, but when active, its venom can be smoked to produce a short psychoactive trip.
